Co-operative Futures facilitates income generation workshops for all types of social enterprise. In addition to coming up with lots of ideas for making money, these workshops combine training, team-building, communication, motivation and planning. Participation and involvement of the team can increase the sense of social ownership.
Income generation workshops are effective in managing change and improvements. Making the sessions fun keeps the ideas flowing without being judgemental, and encourages buy-in and involvement more than conventional training courses.
