Services for Co-operative and Community Owned Enterprises
Training
All organisations need ongoing development through the provision
of training for those who work in them. Co-operative Futures has developed
a number of training courses for new and existing social enterprises. These
include:
- Planning for success, not survival: a one-day course to get community
based and voluntary organisations to ‘think enterprise’.
- Directors’ training: a half day course for boards of community
owned/co-operative enterprises.
- Village halls training: aimed at village hall committees.
- Social firms training: for new and existing social firms - i.e. social
enterprises supporting disabled and disadvantaged people into work.
- Legal structures training: for start up social enterprises.
- We also provide tailor made training for social enterprises
based on their own particular needs.
Please contact Co-operative Futures if you would like
to develop or attend a training course on social enterprise.
